AEA Accomplishments

1. In the 2020-21 school year, AEA advocated for and won multiple pay raises for ASD20 staff – this was the largest pay increase in the Pikes Peak region!

2. AEA successfully advocated for a much-needed and deserved reduction in health care premiums for staff in ASD20

3. AEA continues to advocate for increases in pay that account for cost of living, inflation and education levels

4. Retaining and attracting staff are among our highest priorities during our discussions with ASD20 administration

5. AEA successfully advocated for a bonus for all staff during the spring semester of the 2022-23 school year
